We propose to use a Rotating Microfluidic device that integrates the three processes: creating the liposomes, perform the “sensing” and perform the final colorimetric assay to read the final result. In order to control that the mixtures and reactions take place in the correct temporal order, the device is based in siphon valves. We still have to calculate the size of capillars and the rotation speeds!
